How quickly will a prescription be available?

From a new prescription to repeat prescriptions, our comprehensive prescribing tool will get your prescription sent directly to your selected pharmacy for immediate collection.

Do you offer treatments besides prescription medication?

We provide sick notes, Specialist Referral, Pathology/Blood Test Request or Radiology/X-Ray Request, when clinically appropriate.

Do you take insurance?

No, we do not accept any insurance carriers at this moment. You may use your insurance to pay for your medication at the pharmacy, for your labs and other third-party tests.

How do we have the telehealth visit?

Appointments are held over video, using HIPPA compliant software. You will be able to log on from any web browser without needing to download any software.

Can I cancel my appointment for a refund?

Yes, cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be refunded.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve only in Florida.
