How to Prevent Coronavirus?

There are simple steps to protect yourself from the infection:

  • Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% of alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid being around people who are sick.
  • Put distance between yourself and other people ( 6 ft per recommendation).
  • Sneeze and cough into tissues or the crook of your elbow
  • Throw used tissues in the trash
  • Control temperature and humidity levels in your home
  • Ventilate the premises more often
  • Regularly clean household and work surfaces and objects such as toys, toilets, phones, electronics, door handles, bedside tables, remote control with a disinfectant.
  • Get good night sleep
  • Follow the well-balanced diet
  • Hydrate and Replenish yourself.
  • Exercise regularly to boost your immune system
